Acceptable Use & Content Policy

Last Updated: July 1, 2026

1. Purpose & Core Standards

DigiVite.in is built to celebrate life's happy moments. We provide templates and interactive tools specifically for marriages, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and personal milestones. All user-generated content (UGC), uploaded assets, and guest comments must align with these positive community standards.

2. Prohibited Content & Media

You agree not to publish invitations, post guestbook comments, or upload files that contain:

  • Illegal Material: Content violating applicable local, state, or national regulations of India, including intellectual property theft or non-consensual imagery.
  • Harassment & Hate Speech: Bullying, discrimination, threats, or hate-based text targeting groups or individuals.
  • Phishing & Scam links: Misusing invitations to harvest passwords, run fraudulent fundraisers, or direct guests to external malware networks.
  • Spam & System Abuse: Massive automated creation of blank invitation subdomains, duplicate pages, or search engine spam redirects.
  • Adult Content: Explicit, adult, or sexually graphic text or images.

3. File Upload Restraints & Security

To preserve server capacity and defend our system against injection attacks, hosts must adhere to the following limitations when customizing templates:

  • Audio files (MP3/MPEG): Limited strictly to background event music. Files must not exceed 8MB in size and must pass our server-side mimetype checks.
  • Images (JPG/PNG/WEBP): Gallery uploads must not exceed 5MB per image.
  • Upload Directories: All assets are isolated inside secure_uploads/. Attempts to execute PHP scripts or upload double-extension files (e.g. malicious.php.jpg) are automatically blocked and flagged by our system.

4. Enforcement & Reporting Policy

We investigate reports of policy violations. If we discover content that violates these guidelines:

  • We may lock the invitation, returning its status to draft or suspending its link.
  • We may permanently ban user accounts associated with recurring violations or malicious scams.
  • We may report evidence of severe illegal activity to law enforcement in accordance with our Law Enforcement Request Policy.

If you discover an invitation that violates our terms, please report it immediately on our Contact Page or email us at compliance@digivite.in.
