Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 1, 2026
1. Overview & Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how DigiVite.in ("we", "us", "our") collects, protects, uses, and shares personal data belonging to registered hosts ("Users"), event visitors ("Guests"), and marketing partners ("Affiliates") when they interact with our premium digital invitation builder, hosting services, and event websites.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India, DigiVite acts as a Data Fiduciary for our registered users and affiliate applicants. For guest RSVP submissions, guestbook entries, and media uploaded directly by the host for specific invitations, DigiVite acts as a Data Processor. Registered hosts act as the primary data controllers/fiduciaries for their respective event invitations, and they are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from their Guests.
